Time is passing for everyone, and it may seem faster than we imagine. Probably, at some point in our lives, we will feel the weight of age, which, despite contributing to the accumulation of numerous experiences, will also bring us major challenges.
Sports are an excellent tool for active perception, especially for enthusiasts of the new surfskate modality.
Whatever your main goal in practicing surfskate, be it professional or recreational, it is truly rewarding when we manage to perform a maneuver that we had never achieved before. Therefore, I suggest that you always capture those best moments!

The greatest frustration
Otherwise, it can feel frustrating to have the sensation that we are no longer able to perform certain maneuvers that, when we were younger, we did with ease.
I thank God for being close to a great friend, student, athlete, teacher, and enthusiast, Luciano Carvalho (53) from Brazil, a true example of overcoming challenges in surfskate.
And now we share with you some of our most valuable experiences.

We Program Training Of SurfSkate
Our training involves both recreational and high-performance aspects. However, the workload of physical activities needs to be more balanced. Therefore, we strive to be as effective as possible during attempts, always maintaining the focus on the precision of maneuvers.
Luciano Carvalho is always in tune with the ocean. Associating surfing with surfskating in practice has been an evolutionary reference in his journey as a Grand Master, an athlete between 50 and 60 years old.
In some cases, our training sessions last up to 4 continuous hours, involving extended dialogues and cyclical activities of maneuvers and recordings. In addition to ocean surfing, Luciano Carvalho (53) has been a dedicated surfskater, managing this level of physical activity three times a week and feeling wonderfully well with it all.
Whenever we go surfing in partnership with our surfskates, Luciano Carvalho (53) remembers to fully charge his GoPro battery. In fact, this video analysis methodology has been extremely effective for us.
